Privacy Policy

PawzAI turns one photo of your pet into a short dancing video. To do that we need a small amount of information from you. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted. We have kept it in plain English on purpose.

1. What we collect

• Your pet’s photo. The single image you upload so we can render your videos.
• Your pet’s name. Used to personalise the experience and your delivery email.
• Your email address. Used to deliver your finished videos and to support your order.
• Funnel analytics events. Anonymous product events such as which step you reached, which dance you picked, and which pack you viewed. These tell us where the experience is confusing.
• Meta advertising data. If you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the Meta Pixel records page views and conversion events so we can measure which ads actually work. When you place an order we also send that conversion to Meta from our server, including the order total and a scrambled (one-way hashed) copy of your email address so Meta can match it to the ad you clicked. Meta never receives your email in readable form, and never receives your pet's photo.
• Payment details, via Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. We only ever see a confirmation, the amount, and the last four digits.

2. Your pet photo is deleted within 72 hours

This is the promise that matters most, so we will be blunt about it. The photo you upload is used for one thing only: rendering the videos you purchased. It is not used to train AI models. It is not sold, licensed, shared, or added to any dataset. It is not used in our advertising.

Your uploaded photo is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems within 72 hours of your videos being delivered. If your order is abandoned before payment, the photo is deleted on the same 72-hour clock from upload. The finished videos themselves are kept for a short window so your download links keep working and so we can honour a re-render request, then they are removed too. Want it gone sooner? Email us and we will delete it on request.

3. How we use your email

Your email is used to send your videos, your receipt, and any messages about your order. We may also send occasional follow-ups, like a new dance style or a seasonal offer. Every one of those has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your order or your right to a re-render or refund.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone, ever. We share data only with the service providers we need to run PawzAI: Stripe for payments, our email delivery provider, our hosting and analytics infrastructure, and the AI rendering provider that produces the video. Each handles the data only to perform that job for us.

5. Cookies and attribution

We use cookies and similar browser storage for two purposes: keeping your progress through the funnel so you do not lose your place, and ad attribution through the Meta Pixel so we know which ad brought you here. We do not use cookies to build profiles for third-party advertisers beyond that standard attribution.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking in your Facebook, Instagram, or device privacy settings. Blocking them will not stop you buying or receiving your videos. Note that because we also send completed orders to Meta from our server, blocking cookies in the browser limits but does not entirely prevent that measurement; email us and we will exclude your order from it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to certain processing, or ask us to move it. To exercise any of these, email hello@pawzai.app from the address you used at checkout. We respond within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.

7. Security and children

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it to run the service. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small. The less we store, the less there is to lose.

PawzAI is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
