1. What PawzAI is

PawzAI is a novelty video studio. You upload one photo of your pet, pick a dance, and we use AI models to render a short video of your pet performing that dance. The videos are made for fun, to share with friends, family, and your group chats. They are not real footage, they are not documentary, and they should never be presented as a real recording of an event that happened.

By buying from PawzAI or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2. One-time purchase, no subscription

Everything on PawzAI is a single, one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no auto-renewal. You buy a pack of dances (a single dance, a trio pack of three, or a party pack of ten) and that pack is yours to use. We will never charge your card again without you starting a brand new order.

Optional add-ons, such as priority rendering or high-resolution keepsake files, are also one-time charges made at checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable processing fees unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Delivery

We deliver your finished videos by email to the address you give us at checkout. Standard delivery is typically within 20 minutes of a successful payment. If you add priority rendering, your first video is typically delivered within 5 minutes.

These are typical times, not hard guarantees. Render queues, unusually large packs, or an upstream model outage can push delivery out. If your videos have not arrived within 24 hours, email us at hello@pawzai.app and we will fix it or refund you. Please check your spam and promotions folders first, since delivery emails carry attachments and download links.

4. Acceptable use

You confirm that, for every photo you upload:

• You own the photo, or you have the photographer’s permission to use it.
• It shows an animal: your pet, or an animal you are allowed to depict. Photos containing identifiable people are not permitted.
• It does not contain third-party intellectual property, such as characters, logos, mascots, celebrities, or artwork you do not own the rights to.
• It is not sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful, and it is not intended to harass, defame, or deceive anyone.

We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks these rules, and we will refund a cancelled order in full. You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You may use the finished videos personally and commercially. Post them, print them, put them on merch. We may show anonymised example outputs in our own marketing only if you opt in; we will not use your pet’s video in ads otherwise.

5. AI results and our re-render guarantee

Videos are generated by AI models. That means results vary and are never perfectly predictable. Minor artifacts are normal and expected: a paw that blurs on a fast move, fur texture that shifts between frames, a collar that changes shape, or eyes that drift for a beat. Photo quality matters a lot, and a sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo of a single pet produces the best output.

6. You must be 18 or older

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to purchase from PawzAI. If you are under 18, you may only use PawzAI with a parent or guardian who makes the purchase for you.

7. Limitation of liability

PawzAI is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or missed occasions, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law jurisdiction, to be confirmed], and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
